Dental Enamel Care

We leave a series of tips that can not be missing in your day to day
1. Good dental hygiene first, with a proper brushing technique and a single hardness media, in addition to using a fluoride toothpaste.

2. Diet low in carbohydrates.

3. Avoid very acidic foods. No carbonated soft drinks, or acidic natural juices, and if you want to drink do through a straw to decrease the contact of those acids with your teeth.

4. Avoid very hard foods and habits such as biting nails that fracture or tear the enamel.

5. Annual observations to the dentist.

6. Early detection of pathologies such as bruxism, which wears enamel and dentin, and, where appropriate, placement of a nocturnal plaque or plaque.

7. For athletes who practice contact sports, wear a mouth guard, not only to protect the enamel but also the whole mouth itself.
